Meet Emerson! Ezzy Lynn adopted an elephant for me in my name!

Over the past year I have been lucky enough to align myself with exactly the type of brand I want to create/work for one day.  I have written about Ezzy Lynn in the past, but to recap: they are a beautiful boho hair accessories company that donates 25% of their proceeds to the World Wildlife Fund (WWF) to help animal conservation efforts.  I truly believe that today, in a time where the market is so over-saturated with products from so many different brands, we must make an effort to support those that not only use the wonderful resources this incredible planet has to offer, but also give back.  I am so grateful that these gorgeous girls from Western chose to adopt an African elephant in my name as a thank you for my ongoing support and promotion of their phenomenally unique and fun hair accessories.  When the adoption kit from the WWF came in the mail, it wasn’t just the normal online shopping heart flutter, it was something I could really feel great about supporting.  I loved learning all about African elephants and what is being done by the WWF to help conserve their home in the wild.  To adopt your own elephant click here.  Other beautiful animals are also up for adoption here and over the years this has become one of my favourite gifts to give as Christmas presents.  With it being spring, a time of rebirth after Easter, what better way to celebrate than to adopt your own wild animal, or finally put that toque to rest and spice up your hair game with one of the beautiful hair accessories by Ezzy Lynn that support the cause.  Shop the new collection here and use my PROMO CODE: LAUREN.

Below are some photos of when my adoption kit arrived in the mail (note: Emerson loves wearing Ezzy Lynn scrunchies) and of my collie, Kailey adopting Emerson herself:
